Andreas Eschbach is the founder and CEO of eschbach, a software company headquartered in southern Germany with a U.S. office in Boston, Massachusetts. He developed the enterprise platform Shiftconnector®. The software helps shift teams stay safe and work smarter through innovative plant process management. Andreas holds a degree in computer science and has hands-on experience from managing a variety of international software projects for leading chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Further, he holds a seat on the Forbes Technology Council.
