Ibtissam Janati has over 13 years of experience in supply chain optimization and project management. She currently works at Merck Group as a Global Supply Planning Solutions Enabler, focusing on supply chain excellence since October 2021. Previously, she served as a Global Supply Planning Optimization Specialist at Merck. Prior to that, she spent over nine years at Société Générale, progressing from Project Manager to Project Director, where she managed large-scale projects. Ibtissam holds an Executive MBA in Global Supply Chain Management from EPFL and an Engineering degree in Computer Science from ENSIAS.
