Marc-Francois Vilain is People & Performance Director for Manufacturing Digital Transformation at Danone S.A.

After a 15 years journey on operational positions from shift leader to Industrial Director, Marc focused on performance improvement levers.

This led through equipment, methodologies, organization and people performance, to be a certified coach for teams and individuals, on top of Marc´s People and Performance job for Digital Transformation.
