Dr. Max Suter is the site manager for Pulcra Chemicals GmbH in Geretsried. In this role he is constantly looking to increase competitiveness by establishing an Operational Excellence culture at the site.

Prior this role he gain hands on experience in a design for six sigma investment project for Rockwood Lithium (former Chemetall) and implemented various Operational Excellence projects within Bayer Health Care and Bayer Material Science.

As former head of Occupational Health and Safety at Covestro he has acquired a strong focus on safe and efficient processes. Dr. Max Suter firmly believes in operational excellence as basis to stay successful in a rapidly changing environment.
