As one of the leading experts in this field, particularly in the further development of Maintenance 4.0 and Asset Management, he has a sound professional background in various industries such as aerospace, mechanical and plant engineering, automotive and automotive supply, semiconductor/electronics, process industries (chemicals, steel, pharmaceuticals and food), plastics processing, pulp and paper, and transportation. Over the past 20 years, he has worked with the ConMoto Consulting team to systematically develop more than 240 different companies in these areas into Best Practice Maintenance/Asset Management. Since 1997 he has been a speaker in renowned specialist forums such as PlantMaintenance, EuroMaintenance, the World Maintenance Forum and at VDI conferences on the topics of Maintenance Excellence and Maintenance 4.0. Before joining ConMoto, Nils Blechschmidt worked for seven years as a technical manager of an aerospace engineering company.
