Paul Hutzler is an accomplished engineer with an M.Sc. in Energy- and Process Engineering and a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering. He has significant experience in digitalization, automatization, and project management, having worked at BASF, hte, and KSB. At BASF, he serves as the OpEx Champion, focusing on driving efficiency and innovation in the Agricultural Solution department. His work is characterized by a hands-on mentality, adaptability, and a commitment to solving complex problems through understanding and addressing underlying challenges.
