Pierre-Alain Saurin is CEO of Syngenta Production France and Site Manager for a chemical site in France. Starting as an engineer in chemical industry (Dupont), he has conducted risk insurance audits (Zurich) and than spent 10 years in project management in automotive industry (PSA). He’s joined Syngenta in 2009 to improve reliability of a major strategic chemical site in Switzerland. He took over a site manager position in France two years ago.

Motivation: "My preference in my job is modelling systems, underlying analysis on what makes things work. I have always based my approaches on continuous improvement, specially focussed on people behaviour and motivation analysis. I am passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility."
