Sylvie Frances, graduated with a Master of Chemical Engineering, worked for over 20 years in different plants as process, manufacturing manager and industrial responsible.

Then she joined the ERP SAP implementation project team as Manufacturing expert. She is now Head of the Industrial Optimization program at Corporate level within Operational Excellence Department
