The chemical industry specifically in Europe is experiencing significant challenges. Elements like a tough market & regulatory environment, cost pressures and demography are contributing to this situation. There is a need to secure a sustainable path into the future – truly end2end operational transformation has proven to be a powerful driver to achieve this leap, both realizing measurable results and developing organizational maturity. This session examines the nearly four-year transformation program of a global chemical company, focusing on the reasons for change, the key steps taken during the process, and the practical insights gained along the way. The program achieved impressive success not only in terms of tangible outcomes but also in fostering organizational development.
