Ramez is a Principal at dss+, based in the Middle East, where he focuses on helping clients achieve their business and operational excellence goals. With over 20 years of experience, Ramez has led strategic, operational, and cultural transformation programs across various sectors, including energy, public sector, manufacturing, petrochemicals, and mining & metals. His expertise spans Industry 4.0 and operating model design. Ramez’s career also includes 10 years at Lafarge Cement SA, where he held various operational roles in Europe and the Middle East.
Louis is a chemical engineer with 10+ years of experience, currently managing at dss+. He has led operational excellence and process safety initiatives across the Middle East, focusing on identifying gaps, developing improvement plans, and driving sustainable results. Louis specialises in work planning, schedule management, and executing maintenance and turnaround activities. His experience spans oil & gas, petrochemicals, manufacturing, construction, government, and metals & mining.
Törres is a Director at dss+, based in Germany. He is the contact partner for clients from the Chemical industry in EMEA. During his 25 years in consulting, he has worked with numerous companies in the Chemical-, LifeScience- and other Process Industries, including PE portfolio companies, on topics around strategy, strategic operations and operations management along the entire value chain. Among others, he has led numerous large-scale, multinational transformation programs for global Chemicals and Life Science companies. Prior to consulting, Törres was head of R&D at a German specialty chemicals company.
